The software operates on PC Based Windows 98/2000/XP Pro and Novell Netware. Call Centers are supported utilizing Windows Remote Terminal Services.

With Windows’ multi-tasking abilities, multiple processes can be performed simultaneously from each workstation. With a click of a mouse, a user can switch back and forth between windows performing such functions as entering inventory, inquiring about a subscriber's authorized services or to monitoring an ongoing report process.

One workstation must have a US Robotics 33.6 (or faster) modem connected to a telephone line for communicating with some digital vendors.
